Full Building Rental
- Saturday or Sunday: $3,200 per day
- Up to 10 hours including setup and breakdown
- Use of the Turtle Court, West Gardens, Spanish Court, Long Gallery, Conference Room 102, Kitchen, Veranda and Period Room
- Choose from a variety of table and chair options
- Capacity for up to 130 with a dance floor, 150 seated, or 200 standing
- Additional rental time is $150 per hour
Half-Building Rental
- Saturday, Sunday, or Weekdays after 5pm: $2,300 per day
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm: $1,000 per day (no amplified sound permitted)
- Up to 6 hours including setup and breakdown
- Choose two rooms: Turtle Court, West Gardens, Spanish Court, Long Gallery, Conference Room 102, Kitchen and Veranda
- Choose from a variety of table and chair options
- Capacity for up to 130 with a dance floor or 150 seated
- Additional rental time is $150 per hour
Single Room Rental
- Saturday, Sunday, or Weekdays after 5pm: $250 per hour
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm: $50 per hour (no amplified sound permitted)
- Choose one room: Turtle Court, West Gardens, Spanish Court, Long Gallery, Conference Room 102, Kitchen and Veranda
- Choose from a variety of table and chair options
- Capacity for up to 130 with a dance floor or 150 seated
Rental Rules:
- A 20% non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve a date. This fee will be applied to the balance due and is non-transferable.
- A 10% refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
- All fees and deposits must be paid in full two weeks before the event.
- Rental period must include the total duration of rental time for access required by the caterer, florist, agent, or user, etc. as well as sufficient time for complete clean-up of the premises. We suggest allowing for 2 hours of setup (including vendor access) and 1½ hours for cleanup.
- Hours of availability are 7:00 am – 11:00 pm.
- Prices do not include 7.5% sales tax.
- Payment may be made by cash, American Express, MasterCard, VISA, money order or check made payable to “City of Gainesville.”
